The Pond House

Recently renovated house (early April 2026) measuring 112 m², with a large enclosed outdoor area and a pétanque court, in a quiet location, ideally situated in the Morvan Regional Park, close to ponds, lakes, and forests. Ideal for lovers of hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, with a rich cultural and culinary heritage, you can visit many picturesque villages, such as Semur-en-Auxois, Saulieu, Vézelay, Chateauneuf, and more. In the heart of the village, a 5-minute walk from the community center and shops. The space One-story house of 112 m² comprising 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with two single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, and a large living room with Smart TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as an outdoor area with a dining area for 8 people, a brazier, lounge chairs, and a pétanque court. A garage is also available for you to store your bikes, strollers, or other items. House with solar-powered roller shutters and air conditioning in the main room and two bedrooms. Linens and towels are not included in the rate. For your convenience, we can offer the “beds made on arrival” option for €50, which includes pillowcases, fitted sheets, and duvet covers for all 5 beds. We also offer towels for 8 people at a cost of €30. We do not allow pets. (Not that we don't like them, but we had a bad experience when we bought the house.) Non-smoking house, but an ashtray is available outside. The cleaning must be done before your departure; if not, you will be charged a fee of €50. A deposit of €300 is required at check-in.
