You can also enjoy a large pool in the common area🏊‍♂️, private parking🚗 and an environment surrounded by nature🌿. Please note that, although there are shops in the area🛒, you need a car to get there, as we are located next to the road🚘. It's a very safe place 🔒 and perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the peace that the environment offers ✨. Guest access *🏊‍♂️ Pool access* Guests have access to the pool in the common area from **9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.** to enjoy both a sunny day and a refreshing afternoon. *🚗 Parking* Guests of each villa can enter the parking lot, with a safe and comfortable space during their stay. *🌿 Green areas and nature* The villas are surrounded by beautiful green areas and nature, creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. However, guests cannot directly access these areas due to the risk posed by the surrounding harmful wildlife. You can enjoy the views from your balcony, but you are not allowed to enter the green areas for safety reasons. On one side of the property is a separate construction in progress, it will not cause discomfort or interfere with your stay but entry is prohibited for the safety of guests. Other things to note *🌴 Surroundings and recommendations* Near our villas are the beautiful beaches of Rincón de Guayabitos and Los Ayala, ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea. We also recommend exploring the tourist area and downtown La Peñita, perfect for a typical dinner or lunch in the region. Within walking distance is the small and cozy village of El Monteón, where you can find necessary personal items, as well as delicious breakfasts, typical sweets and a very quiet atmosphere to stroll and enjoy local life. Our accommodation has an ecological hot water system using a solar heater ☀️, designed to take advantage of the warm climate of the area. On cloudy days☁️, the water temperature may vary and feel warm.
