Great, stylish place, well connected. I am going on a trip and am looking for someone to take over the apartment for 1–3 months. I will carefully select from all requests. After the 3 months you have the opportunity to take over the apartment directly, we can start a shared apartment or end the lease. The space You have 2 rooms available: room 1 with 1 × 140 cm bed at floor level, room 2 with 1 × 160 cm bed (bed frame with mattress on the floor). The monthly price consists of rent CHF 1,850.- + additional costs CHF 250.– + Internet CHF 70.00 + 5% furniture on the rent + 50% Airbnb fee. Guest access The key will be handed over personally. Other things to note The property is exclusively for the agreed guests.
