Spotting foxes and deer from your living room, a few minutes walk from the lake in the Nyhyttan hamlet in Central Sweden. This modern design villa is located at just 3 hours from Stockholm and 4.5 from Oslo. This is a very well maintained and very comfortable 6-room villa, all seasons, with a big garden. Fiber-ethernet for high speed ! The space At the edge of the forest, skirted by a rippling brook, you will find this well-maintained spaceous and very comfortable detached villa. Completely suitable for living all year round. At a 1185m² land surface it is surrounded by a big garden. Access to the house is via a bitumen road and a very short stretch of gravel serving only 3 houses. So there is no through traffic along the premises. The villa easily provides space for 6 people. A baby bed is also available as an extra. All spaces are served by central heating and WIFI. All bedrooms have screens for complete darkening. DOWNSTAIRS FLOOR In the closed entry hall shoes and other gear can be placed. This is a useful space as in Sweden normally one does not enter the house with shoes that are worn outside. The spaceous inner hallway has a wardrobe rack, cupboard and a staircase. The living room literally has nature inside, with great big windows showing nature at its best. There as a wonderful soap-stone woodstove that will keep you warm even long after burning. This provides a great feeling of comfort in mid-season especially. A bag of wood is included in your rental fee. The modern half-open kitchen features a dishwasher, a hot air and magnetron oven, a 4-plates cooking stove, a big refrigerator and an truly extensive array of equipment for a rental house. Then there is a spaceous double bedroom with spaceous cupboards and a baby bed. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds. UPSTAIRS FLOOR From the spaceous hallway you enter a double bedroom just about identical as the downstairs one (no baby bed in this room). Then there is a study room with the greatest of views over the surrounding hills. This floor also features a toiletry room with a sink. BASEMENT Here you find a freezer, a laundry machine, a drier and clothes lines. GARDEN The living door provides direct access to the patio, if required, well protected from the summer sun. The middle of Sweden is quite a bit drier than the South. Also from the kitchen window you will have a direct view across the garden area. Guest access All of the downstairs rooms. All of the upstairs rooms. The part of the basement area with laundry, drier and freezer. All of the garden. Other things to note At a few minutes drive there is a kindergarten, a petrol station and a supermarket. At about 25 minutes drive you reach the picturesque town of Nora or the slightly bigger Lindesberg, both with excellent shops, sidewalk cafés, cultural and medical facilities. At a 50 minutes drive is the city of Örebro (150,000 inhabitants) with an excellent shopping selection and entertainment opportunities.
