Here, everything has been designed to offer you a unique experience, between comfort, relaxation and total change of scenery. From sunrise to sunset, experience the atmosphere of the American west coast without leaving the Hauts-de-France. The space Immerse yourself in the world of the Laguna Beach Suite and enjoy an apartment with a soft and soothing atmosphere, inspired by the Californian coastline, combining elegance and premium comfort. Located on the ground floor, the suite offers convenient access and a simple stay. It has a room equipped with a real King Size bed, spacious and ultra comfortable, with quality mattresses and high-end linens, ideal for a relaxing stay, whether on a business trip or a romantic getaway. The bright and friendly living area includes a 65 '' smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi and an arcade for an original vintage touch. Air conditioning and heating ensure optimal comfort all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster, utensils and basic products included. Premium bathroom with large walk-in shower, towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Access to the residence’s swimming pool is included during your stay. The gym is accessible for an additional fee. I remain personally available throughout your stay to ensure a pleasant and serene experience. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation (fully private space). Other things to note Additional services available on request: Take-away breakfast at €7.50 per person, in a typically American spirit: muffin, fruit salad and hot drink of your choice (coffee or chocolate). On weekdays, enjoy a catering service with delivery of a complete dinner accompanied by its gourmet dessert for 18 € per person. Access to the residence’s gym: €10 per stay. Each suite is equipped with a mini bar including a selection of snacks and drinks. Drinks are deducted from the security deposit. A minimum billing amount of €10 will be applied in case of consumption. A bank imprint of €300 will be requested before arrival via our secure partner Swikly. This deposit is not debited and only serves to cover possible damage or non-compliance of the accommodation during the stay. It is automatically cancelled after departure if no problem is observed.
