Here, everything has been designed to offer you a unique experience, between comfort, relaxation and total change of scenery. From sunrise to sunset, experience the atmosphere of the American west coast without leaving the Hauts-de-France. The space Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Venice Beach and enjoy an apartment combining Californian spirit and premium comfort. The accommodation, located on the floor of the building, offers calm and privacy. It has 2 bedrooms equipped with real King Size beds, spacious and ultra comfortable, with quality mattresses and high-end linens for deep and restorative nights. The bright and friendly living area includes a 65 '' smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi and an arcade for an original vintage touch. Air conditioning and heating ensure optimal comfort all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, utensils and basic products included. Premium bathroom with towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Access to the residence’s swimming pool is included during your stay. The gym is accessible for an additional fee. I remain personally available throughout your stay to ensure a pleasant and serene experience. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation (fully private space). Other things to note Additional services available on request: Take-away breakfast at €7.50 per person, in a typically American spirit: muffin, fruit salad and hot drink of your choice (coffee or chocolate). On weekdays, enjoy a catering service with delivery of a complete dinner accompanied by its gourmet dessert for 18 € per person. Access to the residence’s gym: €10 per stay. Each suite is equipped with a mini bar including a selection of snacks and drinks. Drinks are deducted from the security deposit. A minimum billing amount of €10 will be applied in case of consumption. A bank imprint of €300 will be requested before arrival via our secure partner Swikly. This deposit is not debited and only serves to cover possible damage or non-compliance of the accommodation during the stay. It is automatically cancelled after departure if no problem is observed.
