The apartment is newly furnished, stylishly designed, small and compact — ideal for short or medium stays for young people wanting to explore Cologne. It’s not suitable for families or guests who prefer to spend a lot of time inside during the day, as it’s only 22 m² in size. We can accommodate up to 4 people, but it will be tight. Please inquire if you plan to come with four people. The 22 m² studio is located on the ground floor of a modern building (built in 2014) and offers everything you need: 🛏️ A comfortable 180x200 cm bed with a high-quality topper 🪜 A loft bed (90x200 cm) accessible via a wooden ladder 🛋️ A small sofa bed (90x200 cm) for a possible fourth person 🧑‍🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine 📺 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix 🚿 Bathroom with rain shower 📶 Wi-Fi (250 Mbit) 🧺 Washing machine and dryer 🌬️ Fans for hot days The apartment is located right next to a café, so you may hear some sounds from the coffee kitchen. 🚇 2-minute walk to the subway or Cologne-Ehrenfeld train station – Cologne Central Station is only 10 minutes away. 🛍️ Supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques right on your doorstep. Parking? It can be tricky on the street, but there’s a paid parking garage just a 3-minute walk away. You’ll enjoy a flexible, contactless check-in, and the whole apartment is yours during your stay. The 5% municipal accommodation tax required by the City of Cologne is already included in the price. Guest access You have access to the apartment around the clock. Check-in is very flexible via a smart lock. Alternatively, there is a key box directly on site. This way, you can arrive whenever it suits you – completely stress-free. Other things to note It is not a luxury apartment. It is new and nicely furnished, with everything you need, but it is meant for exploring Cologne during the day and spending the night here. You are right in the middle of Cologne-Ehrenfeld – one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city! Right outside the door, you’ll find trendy cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and boutiques. Life is buzzing here, yet you can find a cozy retreat in the apartment. 🎉 Please no parties – we care about our neighbors. 📹 There is a camera installed in the hallway – not directly at the apartment door. 📏 A decibel meter helps maintain the nighttime peace in the building. 🚭 Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. 🐶 Pets are not allowed.
