Countryside stay in a large house

Description

Hello, welcome to my new single-story house, where I live. The house is warm, spacious and comfortable, quiet and surrounded by nature, with a terrace full of greenery. You have at your disposal 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a large TV, and, if needed, an extra adult bed in the same room. 2 restaurants nearby. Since February 16, a tenant named Carole, who is friendly and helpful, has been living in the third bedroom. See you soon, and above all, make yourselves at home! The space My single-story house was built in 2023, is cool, and has a bedroom (which can be locked, but rest assured, you won't need to lock it because my house is a place of trust) with a 140 cm by 190 cm bed, a goose and duck down duvet, and bed linens included. In the dresser, small and large towels are available, as well as a washcloth. An adult folding bed with a very good 190 cm mattress is available for a third person, with duvet and bed linen included, as well as a child's floor mattress and a baby crib, with bed linen included. The extra bed and the floor cushion are available for an additional fee. The bathtub and baby bed are available free of charge. The 2nd bedroom has been rented since February 16 by the friendly and helpful Carole. The underfloor heating set to 21 degrees will delight your feet, and in summer, the tiled floor is cool. The telephone network and internet connection are of very good quality, and there is full signal strength (fiber optics is installed). Each bedroom has a large-screen smart TV with Orange TNT TV (and catch-up TV), Netflix and Disney included. The upscale bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, intimate wash, toothpaste, cotton swabs, a hair dryer and a hair straightener. The trash can is in the drawer. Thanks to the water softener, your skin stays soft. And you can drink it straight from the tap. In the laundry room, the drying rack, washing machine and dryer are at your disposal (laundry detergent included), free of charge for stays of more than 3 nights. For shorter stays, the fee is €5. You have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and breakfast, as shops and bakeries are 15 minutes away. There is a semi-gourmet restaurant in the village: Le 1680, closed on Tuesdays. And Le Puisotin is 12 minutes by car and closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. There's a pizza truck on Tuesdays. You have a free shelf in the fridge and freezer. And I offer you a community pantry and refrigerator (and freezer). Anything without a price tag is free. For the rest, there is a price tag (you can pay in cash, by check, or by Wero transfer). The following are available to you free of charge: Senseo coffee pods, lavender green tea, mint and red fruit verbena tea, Nesquik cocoa, sugar, honey from the village, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, various spices, vegetable stock, sour cherry syrup. The following are available for a small fee: soft crispbread, butter, Nutella, jams, milk, Petit Prince cookies, pasta, rice, eggs from the village, Bolognese sauce, pesto sauce, grated Parmesan, green beans, pickles, and, of course, olives, sausage and chips for an aperitif! Still on the subject of apéritifs: Champagne Tradition de l'Aube (from my department), whiskey, pastis, Burgundy white wine, red wine, Leffe, Chouffe, Tourtel, Perrier, Coca-Cola, apple juice from the village, orange juice. Bring your oranges to juice them with a machine that juices them for you! A small strainer is available for those who don't like pulp. You won't need to do the dishes. Just put the dirty items in the dishwasher without turning it on. You can use a raclette machine, a large crêpe maker, and a party crêpe maker (mini crêpes) free of charge. On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoor grill and lounge chairs, in the sun or in the shade depending on your preference, thanks to the 2 very well-oriented terraces with a great view full of greenery and beautiful sunsets on the south side. You have an exercise bike in front of the TV in the living room, or in front of your phone or tablet thanks to its built-in holder. You have card games, a trivia game about my home department of Aube, a chess set, a Rubik's Cube, a puzzle of the departments of France, and books (in the TV cabinet). And during the summer, badminton, soccer ball and pétanque in the stunning outdoor area. We look forward to hosting you! Make yourselves at home! Guest access The entire property is accessible except my bedroom and my dressing room. During your stay Any contact: Airbnb messaging, email, text or phone call Other things to note Restaurants: Le 1680 in the village or Le Puisotin, a 12-minute drive away.
