Designed in the classic French-Mediterranean manor style, the architecture features traditional cobblestones and exposed wood beams, blending historic charm with timeless elegance. Five uniquely styled suites in a combination of 6 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The main house includes a spacious, banquet-style kitchen and a stunning dining area that transforms into a magical space by night. A cozy lounge with a fireplace, large screen TV, and soundbar offers a perfect spot to relax. Guests can enjoy home-style barbecues with either a charcoal or gas grill while taking in sweeping views of the lush estate grounds. High-speed fibre optic internet ensures fast, reliable WiFi for streaming, remote work, or staying in touch with loved ones. If you’re planning to host a special event—such as a celebration, wedding, or retreat—we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. Other things to note Powerboat Adventures Travel like a rock star aboard our 40-foot powerboat—the largest available in the area. Snorkel with sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters of the Tobago Cays, sip a Piña Colada alongside celebrities on Mustique, or enjoy a freshly grilled lobster lunch on the untouched white sands of Isle à Quatre. Additional Guests The estate comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. For any additional guests, a nightly surcharge of US$85 applies (US$45 for children, depending on age). Pool Area Given the size and layout of the estate, the large pool is set apart from the main buildings, offering a serene and secluded spot for guests to swim and relax in complete privacy. Events These are welcome, but must be disclosed in advance so we understand the nature of the gathering. Additional charges may apply depending on the type and size of the event.
