Welcome to Takumuna, our beautiful home on the hill. Come and enjoy a weekend, a couple of weeks or even a short term stay in the beautifully renovated 2 bedroom home. Enjoy a sunset soak in the outdoor bath, drinks and dinner on the deck with friends, a dip in the pool (in summer) or a cosy night by the fire in Winter. Takumuna is a 10 acre fully fenced property, with beautiful surrounding bushland, a safe place for kids and completely secure for your dog (or even horses). The space The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, fresh linen, TV and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a large freestanding bath, a wet room style shower, with double heads, heated towel rail and heated floors, for those chilly winter mornings. The open-plan living area has a dining space that seats 6, breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a large sofa, which is perfect for movie night. Keep yourself warm in Winter with the potbelly fire and cool in summer with ducted air-conditioning throughout. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Butler’s pantry and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The large entertaining deck with sunset views and an outdoor bath is perfect for relaxing under the sky and the wrap-around deck provides multiple lounging and seating spaces. The 10-acre private property is fully fenced and also has a dedicated 1/4-acre dog yard directly accessible from the house — ideal for pets to run safely. I just cannot guarantee the super tiny ones might not slip through the squares! Guests have full access to the entire house, decks, outdoor bath, and grounds. PERFECT FOR: Couples, small families, remote workers seeking peace, and pet owners wanting a safe yard and rural escape close to nature.
