Welcome to our elegant Burgundy residence, quietly nestled just 10 minutes from Dijon and close to Beaune, in the center of Arc-sur-Tille. The gravel courtyard is private and secure, can accommodate more than 7 vehicles, and will have an electric charging station by the end of 2026. The 3 suites have a private bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub (whirlpool in the suite on the ground floor), towel dryer, and electric solar roller shutter. 2 smaller bedrooms (bunk bed room, Brimnes bed room) are in a row with the 2 upstairs suites. The house has everything needed to accommodate adults and children: baby chair, baby bed, games, comics, etc. for children. Overhead projector in the living room with Freebox player: Disney+, HBO Max, etc. Coffee machine with beans in the kitchen. Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine in the bedrooms. Ice maker. The house is still undergoing construction and improvements (but this does not affect the availability and comfort of the house) : the 3rd floor with 2 additional bedrooms will be completed in 2027. A dome over the pool will be installed in 2027. And more surprises... **Important:** We are not an Establishment Open to the Public (ERP), so the maximum capacity is 12 people (15 in 2027). We also ask for respect for the neighborhood (especially regarding noise), as well as for the property and the forest that surrounds it.
