3 Storey Accommodation Along the Highway of ELYU

Enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay for families & groups that is conveniently located for La Union day tours, scenic landscapes and activities on nearby honeybee farms, river farms, waterfalls, island lagoons, pebble beaches, hike trails, surf town, clay pottery and Abel making, stone hand art gallery, historical landmarks & waypoints to Vigan or Baguio. The space Enjoy a classy experience in this convenient place. The second floor room has 2 double beds with 2 pull out single bed with its own toilet and bath while the room at the third floor contains three bunk beds; the upper bed is a single, and the main bed is a full double, but each bunk bed has a single pull-out bed for an additional fee per person, allowing the room to accommodate a maximum of twelve people. It also includes its own toilet and bath, and an additional shower room. The 3F room has its own balcony. The ground floor of our three-story guesthouse is reserved for guest parking good for 2 cars only. You own the entire building, no other guests, no stay in caretakers. 😊 The THIRD FLOOR ROOM The accommodation features a large window that faces the road; due to its proximity to the highway, noise from passing cars should be expected; nevertheless, blackout curtains are available to provide solitude and a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. In an emergency, there is a fire escape ladder available. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet sprayer, lavatory, mirror and toiletries. Use of kettle gets free-of-charge, complimentary bottled water and coffee sticks will be provided upon arrival. Sleeping Arrangements: 9pax If you booked additional 3 pax, each bunk bed has pullout for single, we will provide them mattress, bed linen and a towel. The SECOND FLOOR ROOM Sleeping Arrangements: 4pax If you booked additional 2 pax, each double bed has pullout for single, we will provide them mattress, bed linen and a towel. To ensure a pleasant stay with us, we would like to inform you of the following important DETAILS & HOUSE RULES for your guidance: Our unit is located at Bunknotown Building, in front of BDO Network Bank & Bigbrew Coffee, Tea, Snacks. We are just beside SACDECO Building. 1. As part of our policy, you are required to send the full names of all guests thru this Airbnb chat. Please also send a copy of valid IDs of all the guests as well. Kindly submit upon confirmation of your booking. 2. No smoking & vaping inside the room, bathroom, balcony, stairs, and garage. A fine of 3,000PHP applies in case of failure to comply. 3. Possession / carrying of illegal drugs, explosives and firearms is NOT allowed. 4. Loud music, shouting and any loud noise in the unit is not allowed. 5. Use carefully the equipment/appliances and supplies provided to you. Don't disarrange the bed frames and furniture. 6. The standard check in time is 2:00PM. Check out time is strictly 11:00AM. Please follow the check-out time as stated in your reservation policy in consideration of our other arriving guests and to avoid penalties. 7. Any destroyed, broken, missing items will be paid for by the guests. 8. Please secure your personal belongings and valuables. 9. No pets allowed, but we can recommend a pet home nearby. 10. Ensure that the number of guests is observed. We are strict with the head count. 11. We encourage you to please segregate biogradable from non-biogradable for proper collection. Dispose garbage on the designated area on the first floor near the storage room. 12. Don't throw any objects from the window and/or balcony. 13. No eating/drinking in bed. Any stained (with food, oil, tints, etc.) linens and towels will be charged with the amount of the stained linens or towels. 14. While we do not have the space to accommodate a full kitchen, we have provided a portable stove on the ground floor, along with some cooking utensils and a rice cooker, for those who wants to prepare their own meals.
