Strategically located just an 8-minute walk from the village of Pella, a 1-minute walk from the lakeshore, and only a 5-minute boat ride from the island of San Giulio and 10 minutes from the village of Orta San Giulio. Thanks to its excellent location, just a short walk from the flat you’ll find bars and restaurants. Right opposite the entrance there’s a children’s playground with a basketball court. The space Featuring two bedrooms – one with a comfortable queen-size double bed and the other with two single beds – the apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, but is also comfortable for couples. It is furnished with fine wooden furniture and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making the apartment suitable for up to six people. All rooms offer fantastic lake views. There are two balconies: one exclusive to the master bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room, featuring an outdoor table perfect for breakfasts and aperitifs overlooking the lake. The bathroom is spacious, practical and comfortable, featuring a bath with shower, as well as a full bathroom suite, a lighted mirror, a washing machine and a hairdryer. On arrival, you will find a complimentary welcome kit, towels, sheets, blankets, a duvet, extra pillows and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The kitchen-diner has everything you need to feel right at home. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink and extractor hood, as well as crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, a kettle, a handy moka pot for coffee and complimentary bottles of water. The kitchen is equipped with the WaterDrop drinking water filtration system, which filters tap water; this eco-friendly solution offers an additional benefit for guests. On the kitchen balcony, there is an outdoor breakfast table offering a lovely view of the lake. In the dining room, you will find a TV with Chromecast for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and all streaming platforms, as well as an exercise bike. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat, but you are welcome to use the balconies and outdoor areas for this purpose. The playground, just a short walk from the apartment, is open 24 hours a day and features swings, slides and numerous other play equipment for children; the park also has benches and a beautiful tree-lined path leading down to the lakeside. For sports enthusiasts, there is a basketball court in the park. Just a 5-minute walk away is a bar with a public beach on the lakeside, whilst an 8-minute walk takes you to the historic village of Pella, where you’ll find restaurants, an ice-cream parlour and the departure point for the boats recommended for exploring all the historic villages around Lake Orta and for reaching its iconic San Giulio Island. Supermarkets are easily accessible; you’ll find two just a 5-minute drive from the apartment, as well as a small village shop a 2-minute drive away in the centre of Pella. Guest access The entire apartment is available, comprising a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and two bedrooms. Every room offers a beautiful view of Lake Orta. Air conditioning is provided in every room except the bathroom. Free private parking is also available on the property. Two e-bikes with a range of approximately 100km are included for the duration of your stay; chargers and chains with locks are provided. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat, but you are welcome to use the balconies and outdoor areas for this purpose. A free private parking space is available on the property. There are bins for waste disposal in the courtyard; you must sort your waste for recycling.
