Guests receive an access code to enter and have private access to all the facilities in the house. You can also enjoy the development's common areas, which are exclusively for residents and guests. Other things to note • Smoking is prohibited inside the house. • No pets allowed during the stay. • Use of common areas such as gardens, courts and children's games are exclusive to residents and their guests. • Please be quiet between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. • Visits are not allowed. • Please turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving. • An additional cleaning fee applies at the end of your stay. • Official ID is required before check-in. • The entire stay is for registered guests only. - Notice about wildlife and insects in the area Our property is located in a tropical area, so it's natural to occasionally encounter insects and wildlife typical of the environment. Although we carry out fumigations and preventive treatments frequently, the occasional presence of insects cannot be completely eliminated due to the natural conditions of the area. For a more comfortable stay, we recommend bringing your own personal repellent. You'll also find insecticide on the property to use when needed. We also suggest: - Keep trash bags tightly closed. - Do not leave food or drinks out. - Keep the doors and windows closed whenever possible. - Avoid leaving food scraps in indoor or outdoor areas.
