The space 🏡 🏡 Property Overview Welcome to your newly built (2022) designer retreat. You will have access to the first floor of this modern home, featuring an open-plan layout, premium finishes, and dedicated climate control throughout. Tailor Your Stay: • Standard Access: You will enjoy your beautifully appointed private bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Please note that I occasionally stay on the second floor (my primary residence and home office) and may pop down to share the first-floor kitchen during your stay. Standard street parking is available. • Exclusive Ground-Floor Upgrade: If your family or group prefers complete privacy, you can upgrade to exclusive access of the entire first floor for an additional fee. This ensures the kitchen and living spaces are 100% yours to enjoy with zero shared use. Bonus: This upgrade includes exclusive access to two on-premise parking spots (one secure garage spot, and one directly in front of the garage). (Please note: To respect privacy and security, the second floor remains completely inaccessible in all booking types). 🛏️ The Bedrooms The suite features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all equipped with hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, bedside tables, and wardrobes with hangers and luggage spaces. To keep you connected, each room includes easily accessible power outlets and charging sockets. • Master Suite: A spacious bedroom featuring a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. • Bedrooms Two & Three: Two comfortable rooms situated thoughtfully around the central shared bathroom. 🚿 The Bathrooms • Master En-Suite: Features a premium shower, sleek vanity, and modern fixtures. • Main Shared Bathroom: Conveniently located between bedrooms two and three. Spaces available to you: • The Entire Ground Floor: Full use of all 3 bedrooms, the bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, the living area, and the laundry facilities. • Parking: You are welcome to use the free on-street parking available directly in front of the house on our quiet residential street. Parking on the driveway or in front of entrance is not allowed, we appreciate your understanding. Spaces not included: • The Second Floor: Please note that the second floor is my private residence. I stay there sometimes and it is kept separate, ensuring your comfort.
