Stunning lakeside 4 b/r with pool, hot tub fishing

Hawthorn is a stunning contemporary cottage with a fantastic range of on site facilities in SE Cornwall. It has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious lounge & super kitchen. There is a private hot tub & access to a shared indoor pool, hot tub, gym & out door pool. You also have access to the facilities at Trehill cottages which include two fishing ponds, 5 acres of grounds and games room. There is so much to do, you might never want to go out & experience Cornwall! The space Hawthorn is one of three Long Barn cottages. Sited at the end, just near the main fishing pond, it has lovely views from front and rear. The indoor pool, gym & hot tub are shared with the two other (smaller) Long Barn cottages. Hawthorn also has its own outdoor hot tub with wonderful country views. The indoor pool comes with the amazing Endless Pool swimming machine, allowing you to swim unlimited distances without ever stopping. LIVING... The spacious lounge has solid oak flooring, three leather sofas, 50” flat screen TV with DVD player & extensive film library. There is a dining table with plenty of space for up to 14 people. The kitchen is fabulous. There are Granite work tops, a fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic hob. SLEEPING... Bedroom one has a king size bed and a wet room with under floor heating. Bedrooms two and three have two large twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a king bed & walk in shower room. The bed linen is 100% cotton of the highest quality. There is also a family bathroom with bath & shower. OUTSIDE... There is a large private deck with views over un-spoilt countryside, a BBQ and teak patio furniture. The hot tub (extra charges apply) is located here and has great views of the surrounding farmland. The pool, gym & hot tub are just a few metres away, open 9:15 am - 7 pm. The 4.5 acres of grounds of the Trehill Estate (shared with the 4 other Trehill Cottages) offer fishing, outdoor pool, games room with pool, table football, air hockey & indoor and outdoor table teniis. Plus, children’s play areas as well as space to wander, relax or kick a ball about. Guest access The indoor pool is available via email bookings. You may book up to 2 hours per day. If there are any unused times, you are welcome to ask for those too. Other things to note There is a usage fee for the private outdoor hot tub of £70/week or £50/ short break. There is no charge for the shared indoor pool and hot tub Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment.
