With complete privacy, this fully self-contained two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and peaceful place to relax, with lovely views over Otago Harbour. Located in the seaside suburb of St Leonards, it’s an easy drive to Dunedin city centre and Forsyth Barr Stadium. The apartment sits beneath our home and has its own private entrance, with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and two bedrooms—ideal for couples, families, or longer stays. The space This is a fully self-contained, two-bedroom apartment, which includes a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two large single beds. The lounge and master bedroom receive morning sun. The apartment is single level with no internal stairs. Free parking is available on site. Secure storage is available for bikes and motorcycles by prior arrangement. Note that this is a quiet residential property and only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. The entire property is non-smoking (this includes outside). Guest access Parking is available on site. Please note the driveway is steep. Standard cars are fine, but larger vehicles may prefer to park on the street below. Other things to note The apartment is near a road and railway line, so there may be some traffic noise and occasional trains passing.
