The Studio, 41, The Dene

Bright and airy garden room with a Scandinavian feel. A sunny morning terrace with table and chairs. The space The studio was formerly an art studio and there are even some pictures on the walls that were painted in it. It is a good size space even with the sofa bed down in bed position. It has a little patio which get the sun in the mornings and is ideal for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The sofa bed is a standard double size, but very long. It has a mattress topper to ensure a good night's sleep. The Studio is ideal for walkers. You can go through a gate in the garden into the National Trust field surrounding the property and walk up the Dene or go to the woods or downs. It is also perfect for cyclists as we are just off the popular National Cycle Route 45, and there is a shed to lock bikes in. It's a lovely, light space with big windows on all sides and black out curtains to keep the light out while sleeping. Guest access All of the Studio, terrace. Other things to note Public transport is limited and there is no Uber in the area. There are a few taxis companies, but these need to be booked in advance. Please consider this before booking without your own transport. I have 2 large but friendly dogs, who love children. However while Airbnb says "pets are allowed", I will ONLY ACCEPT DOGS as I cannot trust my dogs with other animals. Please note the Studio is not suitable for people with severe dog or horse allergies. I ride and keep dogs. Also if you are allergic to feathers, please let me know and I can provide non feather bedding.
