Welcome to Östergårn's Brewhouse in Björnäs. A gem in Roslagen. On the 2-hectare property, Nanna & Pär live with our dog Samba and our cats Loke and Freyja. We strive to make our guests feel at home. Here, you have your own private entrance and patio from the back of the Brewhouse. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room/bedroom, as well as a toilet and shower. In autumn and winter, only the lower level is rented out. Upper floor loft, 1 single bedroom and yoga studio that becomes a double bedroom in summer. The space Here you are really in the countryside in a very cozy village with proximity, both to the water and to both Östhammar and Öregrund with all the offerings that are there. You have access to the brewery from the back with a large patio and the opportunity to feel secluded. You can also park your car there. The lower floor consists of a large Kitchen with everything you need. There is, of course, hot and cold water. A cozy double bedroom with space for a mattress on the floor. A closet for storage and a fireplace. Next to the bedroom is a living room with a large TV with Chromecast and the possibility to connect to your own subscription. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a DVD player and some old classics. Sofa bed for two and an extra real single bed. A bathroom with toilet and shower cabin is also available here. And a small glass-enclosed porch with wicker chairs where there is evening sun. A staircase takes you up to a spacious loft. During the summer, there is a master bedroom with a double bed. Space for an extra mattress. In autumn/winter, this space is a YOGA STUDIO, and you have the option to book a yoga class during your stay. Ask for more info. Adjacent to this room is a furnished cat loft that is like a small crawl space where a child or a teenager can stay. Or an adult who's not too tall. The bed is 190 cm. There is plenty of space for hanging clothes, a bed and a desk. There are plenty of cozy walking paths and you can easily walk to the golf course and it is only one and a half kilometers down to the water where there is a nice swimming area. In Roslagen, there are many nice things to do in the summer. We hope that the brewery house on our nice farm will be a good starting point for your vacation. The accommodation is comfortable for 6 guests as there are 6 real beds. But up to 10 people can stay if you use the sofa bed and 2 mattresses on the floor. For more than 6 guests, we charge a fee of SEK 200 per person per night. It is possible to rent bed linens and towels. Egyptian cotton. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. L Guest access During the summer You rent the lower floor with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (double bed + possible mattress) and living room (1 single bed + sofa bed), patio, and the upper floor with 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, either separated or as a double bed, 1 double bed in the loft, and a smaller bed in the small room that is suitable for a child or teenager who wants some privacy. During autumn/spring, the lower floor is rented out. A room with a TV, a sofa bed, a single bed, and a large bedroom with a 2x90 bed and space on the floor for a mattress. A small, isolated single room in the loft can also be arranged if needed. Ask and we'll figure out most things. Other things to note In summer, there are 8 real beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 and mattresses. In winter, one of the bedrooms is converted into a yoga studio, and the loft is not insulated, so in summer, there is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 and a smaller single bed on the upper floor. We charge an additional fee of SEK 200 per person per night for all guests over 5 people. Bed linens in fine cotton are available to rent for SEK 150 per person and stay. Cleaning is done by guests or can be purchased for SEK 1,000.
