Mushrooming or taking day trips to the many destinations within 1hr to include, Prague, Kolin, Kutna Hora, Hradec Kralove, Pardubice, Jicin, Podebrady, Nymburk, Pecka and more. Easy access to the mountains or the lower Elbe region. Pub and store in the village. Mestec Kralove 6km, Podebrady 18km, Nymburk 22km ... Forests, mushrooming and ponds with birds and wildlife close by. Rustic yet comfortable. The space Cozy cottage with master bed and bunk beds 2m long. Dining and living room combined with large dining table. Wonderful outdoor shower and garden with seating and table under the fruit trees in the shade. Washing machine available. Bicycle storage in the garage with lock. Off street parking. Country cottage with updates and upgrades providing comfort. Walk to the pub or the store in just a few minutes. Play a bit of pool, have a beer or watch the football game and meet the locals. Guest access You will have the entire house and garden and garage to use - the barn and storage areas are locked and off limits. Other things to note Access is ground level with just a small step to get inside the house but we would not say it is barrier free. This is an old house and we have done what we can currently but hope to make it completely barrier free in the future. Access by car is easy and we will provide map directions, access by bus is also possible from Podebrady or Mestec Kralove and also possible to take the train from Podebrady and Nymburk to Prague it runs 2x per hr or so every day most of the day. so you can park there and do easy day trip to Prague.
