I am delighted to welcome you to this spacious 290 square meter house with comfortable well proportioned rooms and off street parking for 2 (or 3) cars. Formerly an Ambassadors residence the magnificent entrance hallway is a particular feature with marble tiled floor and gentle curving ellipse. A staircase to the upper floors with a feature dome provides outstanding natural light to the epicentre of this home. Located in a first class city centre location with amenities walking distance away. The space Upon arrival guests will enjoy immediate access to the house. There are 2 off street car parking spaces but please reverse in as it is easier. We have previously parked 3 cars in the yard when needed, but it is tight for 3 cars. The House has 4 bedrooms,  All the bedrooms are ensuite, with hotel quality mattresses and linen. Guest Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a 6 foot Super king bed and a large private walk-in dressing room. Its ensuite has both a shower and a jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a single bed. Its ensuite has a shower. Bedrooms 3 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a shower in its ensuite.  Bedrooms 4 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a shower in its ensuite.  The kitchen and dining room are ready for 12 people to dine at the same time. Cooking facilities include a 4 ring ceramic hob, Oven, combi microwave oven, fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. The Laundry room has a separate washer and dryer. With an iron and ironing board for a more formal finish. The Living room enjoys a 49" TV and a very comfortable leather settee suite which can seat 8 people. Guest access Guests may enjoy the full freedom of the house with 24 hour access. Late arrivals are not a problem.
