Sleeping with the sheep at Vrouwtje Poppy

Poppy the lady takes you into her wooden cottage, and amazes you with the collection of crazy knick-knacks in her cabinet of curiosities. Suitable for max. 4 people. Light your own campfire in the evening, barbecue in the Kever, fill and heat the shared hot tub yourself (open fire not possible in north/east winds), and enjoy a fresh egg in the morning that you can pick from the chicken coop (provided the hens are brooding). Your neighbours are the loose-running pig, chickens, Frenk the sheep, Bram the goat, and Koen the donkey. The space Equipped with private kitchen that you reach by, walking through the closet, living room, small shower and bedroom on the loft. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove and kitchenware. Heated with a cozy wood stove. Double bed with storage space on the loft (note, not suitable for small children) and a fold-out double sofa bed in the living room. Provided with towels and bed linen. Located within walking distance of the Waal, here you can bathe paw. Swimming is not allowed due to the current. Tea garden Riverlounge at a rideable distance in the floodplains of the Waal, with biologic lunch and the possibility of paddle boarding. The centuries-old town of Buren is nice to visit and grab a terrace. Nearest town of Tiel has several nice eateries, particularly in the Korenbeursplein. A day in the orchard? The Betuwsewijndomein offers tours with wine tasting in the summer. Climbing forest Garderen can all be reached within 30 km. Guest access Hot tub, long picnic table, fireplace and heated outdoor pool available for shared use.
