Through the large window, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view, while during the daytime the same window offers calming views of the park and surrounding greenery. The room also includes a table and chair for work or personal use, along with all essential daily necessities required for a comfortable stay. It is located on the first floor, and the bathroom is situated just outside the room for easy access. The property is set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, offering privacy and a calm environment rather than dense housing views. Outside, you will find convenient access to bus stops, shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms, and essential amenities including nearby hospitals and shopping centres Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom, bathroom, and shared kitchen area for microwave meals and light food preparation. Please note that use of the cooker/stove is not included. If you require access to the cooker/stove for regular cooking, please discuss this with the owner in advance, as additional charges may apply. During your stay The owner lives on the property and is available if needed. Guests are welcome to contact the owner at any time through Airbnb messages for any questions or assistance. In case of an emergency, guests may come upstairs and knock on the door. We always respect guests’ privacy while remaining available to help ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Other things to note We offer a daily breakfast option for guests at an additional cost. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a breakfast menu to choose from. If you would like breakfast during your stay, we kindly request you to inform us in advance (preferably the evening before), so we can prepare it fresh for you in the morning. From time to time, when we prepare dinner at home, guests are also welcome to join us and share the meal for a small additional contribution. If you are interested, please feel free to ask us during your stay, and we will be happy to let you know what is available. For kitchen use, guests are welcome to heat ready-made food or use the microwave/oven for warming meals. However, full cooking is generally not encouraged for short-term stays. For long-term stays (one to two months), cooking arrangements can be discussed separately, and any additional costs or requirements can be agreed upon accordingly. **Important Notice – Bathroom Access** Due to unforeseen circumstances, the main shared bathroom is currently unavailable. However, guests will be provided access to an alternative bathroom located inside one of the rooms for showering. Please take this arrangement into consideration before making your booking. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. **Pet Policy** Guests travelling with pets are kindly requested to ensure that pets do not sleep on or play on the beds. This is important to maintain hygiene standards for all guests. If required, we can provide a separate small pet bed for your pet to use during your stay.
