The property is approximately 10–15 minutes from the main Cuenca–Girón–Pasaje highway, entering through La Unión – Abdón Calderón, offering the perfect balance between nature, privacy, and modern comfort. The house is designed for families and groups of friends seeking relaxation, wellness, and quality time in a peaceful natural setting. In order to preserve the atmosphere of peace and harmony that characterizes the Yunguilla Valley, intimate celebrations and family gatherings are welcome; large events and additional unregistered guests are not permitted. Final access to the property is via a secondary rural road, which is very common in the valley and helps preserve the privacy, nature, and tranquility of the area. From the entrance, surrounded by tropical plants, a pathway leads to the house. On the right side you will find the heated pool with integrated hydromassage jets, and on the opposite side the cozy countryside-style BBQ area. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas and cushions, a 65” Smart TV, Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games for adults and children, and a selection of books for guests who enjoy reading. The dining table seats 6 guests and includes a kitchen island with space for 3 more. Large windows connect the indoor spaces with the outdoors, bringing the surrounding nature inside. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, range hood, and all the utensils needed to prepare meals comfortably. Coffee, tea, and sugar are always available for guests. Bedroom #1 offers valley views and includes two bunk beds: a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-and-a-half bed above. It also features a vanity with drawers and access to a full outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, towels, soap, and shampoo, as well as direct access to the outdoor areas. The pool area is perfect for relaxing under the sun. It includes integrated hydromassage, lounge chairs, inflatables for children, and a table with chairs to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. The outdoor living area features comfortable seating for relaxing and socializing at any time of the day. The BBQ area combines rustic and modern style, with two grills, a wood-fired oven, and a sink. There is also parking for up to four vehicles and fruit trees within the property. For exploring the surroundings, two bicycles are available for guests. You will also find two yoga mats available for those who wish to practice yoga or meditation outdoors while enjoying the peaceful landscape. On the upper floor you will find a full bathroom with high-quality finishes, glass doors, a hot water shower, towels, soap, and shampoo.
