The apartment with about 80 m² of living space is located in a quiet residential area of Lüdenscheid, only 3 minutes to the A45 highway. The 8-party house convinces with its location and good transport links. Supermarket (Aldi & Rewe), bakery, snack bar, McDonald's & gas stations are within easy reach. A free parking space for the stay is available. Hardware store (Obi, Hellweg), restaurant & pizzeria are also quickly reached by car. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop. The space The accommodation is on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building. Guests have 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom to make their stay as pleasant as possible. The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200), while the second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed (90×200). The third bedroom also offers 2 single beds (90×200). The largest room has a balcony that offers additional comfort and a beautiful view. Upon arrival, a set of towels (1x large and 1x small) is carefully placed on the bed with fresh linen, so no one has to bring their own towels or linen. All rooms are equipped with a modern 55-inch 4K smart TV that allows you to log in with your own Netflix or other streaming account to enjoy personalized entertainment. A first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are centrally located in the apartment to ensure safety during the stay and to be immediately available in an emergency. The modern kitchen impresses with an integrated washing machine and extensive equipment – nothing is left to be desired here. These include plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster. In addition, a coffee machine, electric kettle, bottle opener, scissors and sharp knives are available, so you have all the necessary kitchen utensils at hand. Large pots, pans and a salad bowl complete the amenities to make the stay even more practical. The interior bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower enclosure to allow for a pleasant shower or bath. There is also a clothes rack, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space, which additionally increase comfort and ensure practical use. For families with small children, both a high chair and a travel cot can be provided if necessary.
