Wonderful archipelago villa in a quiet location in Öregrund

In the summer paradise of Öregrund is this lovely house with a large terrace (facing south) and lush garden. The house is a 10-minute walk from Öregrund harbor with proximity to both shops and a swimming area. Here, both families with children and couples can enjoy Öregrund in a quiet location, where you will not be disturbed, but still have walking distance to most things. In the garden, there is a swing set, trampoline, hammock and various toys for the children. On the terrace, there is room for many!There is a cat in the home. Welcome to Öregrund The space As a guest, you have access to the whole house and garden. On the ground floor, there is an entryway, a kitchen with a small dining area, a living room with a sofa and TV, a large dining area, a large bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed, and a small toilet. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, a mini bedroom, a small living room with a sofa and TV, and a bathroom with a shower. In the finished basement, there is a laundry room, a shower, and a small bedroom with a smaller double bed. There is also another entrance here. The whole house is tastefully and rustically decorated in bright natural tones. From the house, you can also access the large south-facing deck with stairs down to the garden. On the terrace, there is a large dining table with room for many under a roof and a cozy lounge group for the last hours of sunshine.
