The space This elegant and cozy independent studio of 36 m², located in one of the most prestigious areas of the island, is the perfect place for those who value tranquility, views and an authentic experience. Located on the ground floor of our residence, it offers complete independence and privacy. It has a large private outdoor bathroom of 9 m², comfortable and attention to detail (located outside the studio). One of its main attractions is the garden area, where you can enjoy beautiful views of La Cumbre de la Isla and La Isleta (Las Canteras). Here the weather stops: breakfasts in the sun, quiet readings, or outdoor dinners in a unique setting. To make your start at our accommodation memorable, a Welcome Pack will greet you with some local products. Guest access Once you enter the property, you will go down some stairs that will take you to the studio located on the ground floor. The grass area of the aforementioned lower area will be for the exclusive use of the guest. You can also use the outdoor shower, which is located right next to the bathroom, to cool off after sunbathing.
