[Shopping information] Please note that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets located near the villa. The nearest convenience store and supermarket are approximately 20 minutes away by car. We recommend purchasing any groceries and beverages before arriving to ensure a comfortable stay. ■ Please note that although the EcoSmart Fire is shown in the listing photos, it is currently unavailable for guest use due to fire safety and safety management requirements. However, please note the following: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and on the balcony. • Please do not access the locked storage cabinet, as it is reserved for staff use only. A 30,000 JPY cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors. No Parties or Loud Noise ●Prohibition of Parties, Fireworks, and Excessive Noise Parties, the use of fireworks, and any other activities that may cause excessive noise or disturb our neighbors are strictly prohibited. In the event that a party, the use of fireworks, or any similar activity causes a fire or damage to the property, facilities, or equipment, we may provide the necessary guest information to the fire department or other relevant authorities. Guests may also be held responsible for any costs associated with the resulting damage. Thank you for your understanding. ●Check-Out Policy Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Cleaning staff will enter the room after that time. If you need late check-out, please contact us in advance (2,000 JPY per 30 minutes). ●Visitors Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. If unregistered guests are found, a fee of 5,000 JPY × number of extra guests × number of nights will be charged. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. ●Luggage Storage We are a self-check-in facility and do not have a front desk. Luggage storage is not available. Please use station lockers or outside services. ●Self Check-In & PIN Code The apartment uses a PIN code system. You must complete the online check-in to receive the code. The code may take time to be issued, so please check in online in advance. The check-in link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. ●Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available upon request only and must be arranged in advance. We may not be able to accommodate same-day requests due to the security system. Extra charge: 2,000 JPY per 30 minutes. ■ Issues with Room Facilities, Cleanliness, or Amenities If you notice any issues with the room, including the facilities, cleanliness, or amenities, please contact us as soon as possible during your stay. Once we receive your message, we will promptly assess the situation and take appropriate action as needed. Please note that if an issue is reported only after check-out, we may be unable to verify the circumstances at the time or provide on-site assistance.
