Non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Note: No loud noise between the hours of 11pm-8am. Note: Due to the external layout, the property is not suited for those with limited mobility. Note: No candles.
