This stylish place is perfect for group visits. A spacious and welcoming apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests ( actually 14 if the single sofas are used ). It offers three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a large, bright living room—perfect for relaxing, socializing, and making great memories together. The space The first two bedrooms have two twin beds (140/200), the third bedroom has two beds + two bunk beds which means 6 sleeping single beds altogether. The living room has three sofas - two dark blue ones can serve as single beds and the last grey one unfolds into a twin bed (140/200) up on the next floor. The apartment has more than 150m² surface on your service, separated in several areas, with more than 4 seating places each. It is warm and cosy with electrical radiateurs and air condition everywhere. It has a nice inner garden in the back yard with a smoking area and a barbecue. Guest access This is a three floor apartment with a dining room and a kitchen on the first floor and an exit to the back yard. The table can take up to 10 people but there is a smaller table for children or 2 adults and a mini bar with two seating places. The living room is on the second floor together with the first bedroom and the bathroom with the oval bathtub. On the third floor there are two bedrooms (one with a twin bed and another with 2 single beds) and the second bathroom with a shower. The convertible sofa is on the same floor. There are several free parking places on the street in front of the house and a garage in the house. There are two free car parks several minutes away from the house. Other things to note As a three floor house there are two staircases plus one for the last single bed in the third bedroom.
