The space A three-story chalet sleeping up to 14 guests across three fully finished levels. On the MAIN FLOOR, an entryway opens into a grand living room (10 guests) with soaring cathedral ceilings. A double-sided wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy ambiance shared between the living and dining areas (seats 10). The fully equipped kitchen with an island (3-seat counter) is designed for large groups. A bedroom (2 guests) and a powder room complete this level. The floor opens onto a large terrace with a dining table (seats 10) overlooking the lake. On the UPPER FLOOR, a bright mezzanine with a sofa bed (2 guests) serves as a reading nook or lounge, overlooking the living room below. Three bedrooms (2 guests each) - including 1 with a desk -, each with access to a private wood balcony, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower await you on this level. On the GARDEN LEVEL, you'll find an additional bedroom (2 guests), including a desk, a sofa bed (2 guests), a second full bathroom, a large games room (Foosball and children's games) with its own double-sided wood-burning fireplace, a laundry room (washer and dryer available for your use), and direct walkout access to the outdoors. OUTSIDE is where the magic happens: a fire pit, an outdoor spa (4 guests), a private dock on Lake Lajeunesse reached by wood staircases leading straight to the water's edge, and 5 boats (2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 2 paddle boards). Launching generally possible from mid-May to October, depending on weather conditions. Sunset happy hours on the dock are simply unforgettable. Guest access Self check-in: a code to access the main entrance will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Parking: there is parking for 7 cars at the entrance of the property. The entire space and all chalet amenities are included in this rental. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel.
