Late Check Out Charges: • Late check out can be extended by 1 hour if needed but you must let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaners. Failure to leave 2 hours after check out time will result in a £50 charge. Anything after 2 hours will result in a day rate charge., Check In Details*: • Times are from 4pm. Early check in can be arranged. If before 2pm, an additional charge may apply. Smoking Policy: • There is strictly NO SMOKING policy and if found to have been smoking there is a £250 charge.
