Air conditioning, heating, and on-site parking ensure year-round comfort and convenience. **Pet-Friendly Stay Information** Villa 3 is our pet-friendly accommodation, welcoming one well-behaved dog per stay. Dogs are permitted within Villa 3 and its designated outdoor area only, and are not permitted at the Manor or the other villas. An additional *$200 refundable security deposit* applies when bringing a dog and will be processed one day prior to arrival. This deposit is separate from your booking total and will be refunded after departure, provided there is no pet-related damage, excess cleaning required, or breach of the pet conditions. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 2 cars outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Other things to note *Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to your arrival. This is a requirement for all guests. As part of this process, we will also require valid ID for all adult guests and card details for security purposes. Access to the property will only be provided once the form has been fully completed. *Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas as well as Coastview Manor (the main house). The villas and Coastview Manor are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please be aware that breaches of house rules may incur additional charges starting from $400. Guests are required to familiarise themselves with the full house rules prior to their stay.
