Charming cottage for 4 people, quietly located in the countryside, just 12 minutes from Futuroscope. You will enjoy a private terrace, enclosed courtyard and on-site parking. Great for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The little extra: want to stay with 10 people? We have a 6-person cottage located at the same address but separate. It's called “Le Cosy” at the family stopover.... Pretty nice, everyone in their own place, but all together 😉 The space - The cottage is equipped to accommodate a baby. All necessary equipment is available. Upon request. Air-conditioned cottage - Parties are forbidden. -Animals not accepted. - No smoking in the cottage (including tobacco and vaping). Guest access You have a parking space but not the entire courtyard. The cottage has its own private terrace, no one else has access to it during your stay. The courtyard is adjoining with another non-adjoining gîte. Other things to note - Gîte located 12 km from Futuroscope, Aquascope and Arena. - The gîte is located 1.5 km from the intercommunal swimming pool (20 min walk/3 min drive) always heated to 28°. - Vallée des Singes located 1 hour from the gîte. - Lake St Cyr located 24 minutes away (many water activities, playground, picnic...). - Many activities +++ in the surrounding area, flyers are available in the gîte.
