Clean lines, high-quality materials, and a well-thought-out layout create a stylish atmosphere – ideal for unwinding after a workday or a trip through Magdeburg. A large 55-inch smart TV as well as stable high-speed WiFi are available for entertainment and productive work – a standard that we at BROCKHEUS Apartments deliberately set for both business and leisure travelers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed for contemporary everyday living. An induction cooktop and dishwasher are part of the standard equipment. Depending on the unit, an oven or a microwave with baking function is also available – ideal for short stays as well as longer stays. The bathroom impresses with a bathtub including a shower partition as well as an integrated washing machine. This makes the apartment particularly suitable for longer stays or business trips. A special highlight is the glazed balcony in winter garden style with a view of the Elbe or the harbor basin, offering a sheltered outdoor area. (Please note that it is not completely closed and it may feel a bit cooler, especially during colder months.) The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, a private parking space is available directly at the house (€5 / day | 15% weekly discount). The location on the Elbe island in the Science Harbour is characterized by its quiet surroundings while still offering short distances. The city center, Elbauenpark, stadium, and other sights can be reached within a few minutes. The well-known Elbe Cycle Route, which stretches from the Czech Republic to the North Sea, runs directly past the apartment.
