The space The property is located right down by the fjord and offers around 500 metres of private beachfront. The property is surrounded by a large, fenced outdoor area with orchard, nature and open spaces – a rare place that provides both freedom, security and privacy. There is plenty of space for children who want to explore, run and play, with both a playground and a sandpit on the property. At the same time, there are quiet zones for adults seeking tranquillity, views and proximity to the fjord and nature. The home has a usable area of approx. 270 m² spread over three floors and is thoughtfully planned to create a natural balance between community and privacy. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting hall with ample wardrobe space and good storage solutions – a calm transition into the house. On the main floor, the house opens into a large, open living room of approx. 75 m², where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow seamlessly together. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy long meals around the large dining table with space for twelve people. Fireplaces and comfortable seating areas create a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, equally suitable for quiet mornings as for long evenings in good company. On this floor you will also find a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped gym with exercise bike, weights, benches, yoga mat and functional exercise equipment – perfect for those who want to combine rest with exercise. The bedrooms are located on the intermediate floor and form a quiet, private zone for rest. The property has a total of five bedrooms, four of which overlook the fjord. The master suite has a private bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet. The bed solutions are varied and flexible, with plenty of space for both adults and children. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with their own workplaces, which makes the house well suited for guests who want to combine their stay with a home office or creative working days. One of the rooms also has a sofa bed that provides extra flexibility if needed. On the intermediate level there is also an open living area – a meeting point between the bedrooms, perfect for board games, card games, reading or quiet moments together. At the top of the house is a spacious attic room with a large 100" TV and a comfortable sofa. This is a separate lounge area for movie nights, relaxation and breaks, separate from the other zones of the house. The property provides direct access to the fjord, with the possibility of swimming, quiet beach life and arrival by boat via its own jetty. The area offers great hiking opportunities all year round, with nature literally right outside the door. The basement floor is private and not accessible to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house on the farm, spread over three floors: entrance floor, middle floor and attic floor. The entire outdoor area around the house and the beach line is also available to guests. The basement floor is not available to guests and is used for private purposes. The property also has several buildings that are not part of the rental and are not available to guests. Other things to note This is a quiet and private place, ideal for those who want to retreat and enjoy nature, the fjord and the surroundings at their own pace. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with bed linen, towels, toiletries, washing machine with detergent and all necessary kitchen utensils included. For guests travelling with children, there is Duplo and some simple games. The property is rural and remote, without public transport – a car is necessary. In return, you get tranquility, spacious outdoor areas and direct access to the fjord. In the summer months, this is also a live cider farm. There may be some activity related to farm operations and farm shop, and there may be visitors to the farm during opening hours. The activity takes place in other parts of the property. The main house and the outdoor area are private for guests during their stay. The entire farm is fenced and is well suited for families with children.
