Visit National Trust sites like Leith Hill Tower (1.5 miles), with trails through heathland and farmland, Abinger Roughs and Netley Park (4 miles), with ancient trees and wildflowers, and the dramatic Denbies Hillside (7 miles). A picturesque golf course is just 8 miles away, and local towns, including Dorking (7 miles) with traditional market, independent shops and eateries, and Guildford with its cobbled streets and striking architecture, plus the River Wey.
