For their comfort, we provide sofa covers, collar tags, floating treats for the sea, and a warm outdoor shower. The garden is fully fenced (to 7 feet), and your dogs will even find their own dedicated bedroom and a prime spot by the fire with their own footstools and rugs! Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, please note that exterior security cameras are located on the property. We have Airbnb/ Minut sound monitors (no audio) in the garden for you and the local community to feel reassured there will not be too much noise at night . To prevent any embarrassment it will discreetly alert you through the Airbnb app if noise levels in the garden reach threshold levels . Hot Tub Safety: The hot tub is unfenced and does not have a secured cover. For the safety of younger guests, we suggest the property may not be suitable for young children or for groups with a large number of children relative to adults. This is ultimately at your discretion. The hot tub is not available after 9.30pm due to the noise for neighbours . Cleaning Fee: Our fee covers a professional deep clean, hot tub servicing, and laundering of all premium bed linen.
