The cottage is 48 square meters with an open and modern kitchen as well as a living room and a bedroom, plus a spacious loft of 13 sqm that the children love. Large windows provide a lovely light and contact with nature. Here you can enjoy breakfast at the kitchen island, swimming in the lake, forest walks, quiet evenings and genuine relaxation all year round. The space Experience a newly built, close to nature guesthouse in a quiet and lakeside location, with a magical view of sparkling water and the surrounding nature. Private jetty only 150 meters from the cabin. Simple boat with motor is available to rent for SEK 500/day or SEK 2500/week to explore Mjörn. On Mjörn there are over 60 islands and plenty of fish. If you want to fish, you need to buy a fishing license at the country store, which is 2 minutes away with the car. Fishing license costs SEK 60/day or SEK 250/week. Here you live only 35 minutes from Gothenburg and 15 minutes from Alingsås – close enough for the city's amenities, but far enough away to find the peace and quiet. Here the morning can start with breakfast by the kitchen island, while the sun's first rays sparkle on the lake and the birds chirping fill the air. A cozy bedroom provides peaceful sleep, and the 13-square-foot loft is the children's own little adventure spot – perfect for imagination, play and coziness. The large windows let in the light and invite constant nature views, so that the forest, lake and the colors of heaven are always close. Just a stone's throw from the cabin runs the embankment, perfect for long walks, runs or bike rides through beautiful nature. Imagine starting your day with a fresh morning run, or ending with an evening walk along the quiet path while the sun reflects in the lake. You can even take a refreshing swim in the water, go hiking in the forest or just sit on the terrace and enjoy the silence. The bird chirping and nature's own melodies create a tranquil backdrop that accompanies you during the day. It has room for real relaxation, recovery, and memories that stay for a long time – all year round. Other important info: - Bed linens and towels are not included in the prices. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. If desired, we can provide this if possible for 300 SEK/set. - The cabin has a water heater; a long shower indoors means that the hot water will run out, and you will have to wait about an hour before the next person can shower. - We do not provide fishing gear. - Cleaning is not included; as guests, you are responsible for leaving the cottage in the same condition as it was when you checked in. In the event that guests do not clean, they will be charged SEK 1,200. Guest access The entire guest house is for you who rent
