The space The Apartment: Located on the ground floor of a prestigious historical building, the apartment opens onto a private inner courtyard. This setting offers a rare tranquil retreat, completely sheltered from city noise. The Living Area: A bright and comfortably furnished space featuring a dining table and flat-screen TV—ideal for both relaxation and focused work, supported by high-speed Fiber Wi-Fi. The Kitchenette: Modern and efficient, equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, and microwave. Note: there is no traditional oven. Advanced Climate Control: Enjoy the silent luxury of underfloor heating in winter and a brand-new Air Conditioning system for the summer months. Master Bedroom: Designed for deep restoration, featuring a quiet atmosphere and a brand-new firm queen-size mattress. Quiet & Secure Windows: All three windows are double-glazed for silence and feature a versatile tilt-and-turn (vasistas) opening. For your comfort and safety, all windows are fitted with mosquito screens and security decorative grills. The Details that Matter The Bathroom: A newly renovated space featuring a large walk-in shower and complimentary premium toiletries. Daily Essentials: In-unit washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are at your complete disposal. Effortless Access: Ground-floor entry with no stairs makes arrivals with luggage entirely friction-free. The apartment can host only 2 people, we normally prepare one matrimonial bed. If you need to sleep in 2 separate bed we can prepare the sofa bed in the living room. We have surveillance cameras at the door to make sure that no illicit actives and no extra non declared guests will be staying in our property. Other things to note Monza requires a local tourist tax of €2.00 per adult, per night (up to a maximum of 20 nights). Minors under 18 are exempt.
