Our newly renovated 80 sqm apartment for 2-4 people with garden access offers everything you need for a short but also longer stay. It is located in a quiet area of Munderkingen (Höhenblick), but the train station, Danube, Danube cycle path, restaurants, supermarkets, doctor or pharmacy are within easy reach. The space The spacious bedroom has a 2-meter-wide box spring bed. Bed linen is of course also provided. In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted into another sleeping option for 1-2 people. In addition, there is a dining area for 4 people with a large table in a separate area. In the sufficiently equipped kitchen there is a small table with bar stools where you can enjoy a cozy coffee (Tassimo available) in the morning or in between. As a small welcome greeting, our guests can expect a bottle of Teinacher as a thirst quencher and a bottle of wine for a cozy evening. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a bathtub. An additional guest toilet is also available. Guest access Our guests share access to the house with us, but of course have their own lockable apartment entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor on one floor without steps. Other things to note Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. In addition, we ask for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not allowed. Arrival is possible between 2 pm and 8 pm. An earlier or later check-in time may also be possible by personal agreement.
