This level is completed by a private sauna with shower and fitness equipment, a laundry room, and a toilet. Upstairs You'll find: - an independent master suite with a dressing room, shower room and toilet, - a large double bedroom, overlooking a balcony, with a bathroom (walk-in shower) adjoining it, and a small bedroom with two single beds. - a family bedroom on two levels with a double bed and a shower room, then on the mezzanine, 4 single beds under the eaves. Baby equipment on request (baby bed, high chair and bathtub) Sleeps 12 - great for 6 adults and 6 kids EXTERIORS From the living room, you will access the garden and terrace facing west with open views over the mountains. There is a second terrace to the north for hot days! A private playground for 3-6 year olds is located in the garden. Le Néouvielle has two private parking spaces and additional spaces in the outdoor parking lot.
