The change of scenery is complete and harmoniously articulated with contemporary services Website: Les Hauts de Saint Lary The space THE CHALET On the ground floor The living room consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and a cozy TV lounge with a wood-burning stove. This level is completed by a private sauna with shower and fitness equipment, a laundry room and toilet. Upstairs You will find an independent master suite with dressing room, shower room and toilet, a large double bedroom, overlooking a balcony, with a shower room (walk-in shower) and adjoining it, a small bedroom with two single beds (including a pull-out bed, possibility of an extra bed), a family bedroom on two levels with a double bed and a shower room, then on the mezzanine, 4 single beds (attic). Baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair and bathtub) Capacity 12 people - ideal for 6 adults and 6 children THE EXTERIORS From the living room, you can access the garden and the terrace facing west with unobstructed views of the mountains. A second terrace to the north for hot days! A private playground for 3-6 year olds is in the garden. The Néouvielle has two private parking spaces and additional spaces in the outdoor parking lot.
