There is a coffee machine & pods. Beyond the kitchen, a well‑equipped utility room includes both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The elegant dining room offers a large table seating six — ideal for leisurely meals — along with a selection of books and games for relaxed evenings in. A ground‑floor shower room with rainfall shower and WC completes the downstairs accommodation. Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully presented bedrooms and the main bathroom, all with comfortable beds and quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Please note the staircase is steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The newly fitted bathroom features a bath with overhead shower and a large heated towel rail. Fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo & shower gel are provided for your comfort. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a private and peaceful setting, complete with patio, outdoor dining table, and BBQ — perfect for relaxed afternoons and summer evenings. Free on-street parking is usually available on North Street (1-minute walk). Additional free public car parks are nearby — full details provided before arrival. Access to the property is via a short unadopted road leading from the North St. For those travelling without a car, there are regular local bus routes, including a convenient Park & Ride service into Salisbury, where you’ll find a mainline railway station with wider connections. The property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. For safety & insurance reasons, an exterior security camera monitors the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the property. Stair gates, a highchair & a travel cot (bedding not provided) are available on request. We assume that infants under 2yrs old (where there is no charge) will use a travel cot & therefore will not require a bed made up. If you would like bed made up, please let us know.
