Complete apartments, super comfortable, with leisure area and located in the heart of Ponta Negra, south of the capital of Rio Grande do Norte. We have an excellent neighborhood of shops and restaurants, and we are only 850m (5 min) from the most beautiful postcard of the city, Ponta Negra Beach with Morro do Careca, and also halfway to the beaches and lagoons of the south coast with the largest cashew tree in the world. The space Included in the package is all the flat's furniture, where some of our apartments are equipped with different items, such as a blender, sandwich maker, microwave, electric juice machine, water purifier, iron with ironing board, air conditioning, flat screen TV/LCD 42 in the living room, TVs in the bedrooms, home theater, cutlery, bed and bath linens (available)*, 1 rotating parking space**, cable TV, Wi-Fi on all floors, including on the penthouse, in addition to water, electricity and gas. * According to the internal policy of the flat, for the use of our bed and bath linens, there will be an additional cost of R$3.00 per piece, which refers to the washing of the same (outsourced). Access to the leisure area is free, however, to use the barbecue, it is necessary to reserve it (free). We also have an apartment with 1 room for rent. Monthly rentals DO NOT include the energy fee. However, we include 1 apartment cleaning per week for free.
