The house is spacious, located in the Morada da Praia condominium (Boraceia), close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The house is ideal for couples, families with kids and we accept pets. You will be able to enjoy the townhouse with swimming pool (adult and children's), barbecue, TV, Wi-Fi & Air-Conditioning in the bedrooms (3 bedrooms with A/C). Personal use with my family and we rent sporadically. Located in a nearby area: restaurants, playground, gym, supermarket, ice cream shop and pharmacy.
