The space * Outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, and a children’s play area, shared only with one twin house (Respiro di Tramonto), ensuring a relaxed and never-crowded atmosphere * The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open from 1 May to mid-October. * Private veranda for exclusive use, perfect for slow breakfasts and outdoor dinners, furnished with a dining table, a small sofa, and a sun umbrella * Bright and welcoming living area, with large panoramic windows that fill the space with natural light and countryside views * Fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, ideal for feeling at home even while on vacation * Sofa bed in the living area * Bedroom with two single beds, equipped with a wardrobe, perfect for children or friends * Cozy double bedroom, with wardrobe and a relaxing atmosphere * Modern bathroom with shower, functional and comfortable * Air conditioning, ensuring comfort during the warmer months * Underfloor heating, providing a warm and pleasant stay during the colder seasons Guest access Our property consists of two completely independent apartments, thoughtfully designed to offer you privacy and comfort. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the apartment with a private veranda, an intimate and reserved space where you can relax in total tranquility. The outdoor areas, carefully maintained and welcoming, are shared with the other unit and include: Swimming pool Hot tub Children’s play area Barbecue area Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron Other things to note We would like to kindly inform you that the swimming pool is open from 1 May to mid-October, with opening hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. The evening closure is necessary to allow for daily cleaning and water sanitization, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The hot tub is also available from 1 May to mid-October, with opening hours from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. To help keep the water clean and prevent filter blockages, wearing a swim cap is mandatory both in the swimming pool and in the hot tub. We kindly ask you to bring one with you before your arrival.
