Entire cottage in South Warnborough

Welcome to a recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in a small village. Inside, the cottage boasts two open fireplaces, an AGA in the kitchen and garden with patio and lawn. In walking distance is a village shop, pub, and a children’s play area. The cottage offers easy access to scenic walks, cycling routes, and nearby attractions such as Odiham and the Basingstoke canal and Chawton - Jane Austen's home. Nearby are the towns of Alton and Basingstoke. The space Downstairs there is a sitting room with open fireplace, dining room with open fireplace, downstairs loo, eat in kitchen with aga ( please note Aga will be off June - September & combi oven/microwave available for use)and doors to the garden with patio and lawn. Kitchen has dishwasher, 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine. There is a washing machine in the utility area of the garage. Upstairs: bedroom 1 with super king bed and ensuite shower room, bedroom 2 with queen sized bed and large family bathroom outside with walk in shower and free standing bath, bedroom 3 has twin beds and ensuite shower room. All bed linen and towels are provided. Abbotsford is pet friendly and we warmly welcome up to 2 medium sized well behaved four legged friends at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please). In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended. Other things to note Please note the Aga will be turned off from June to September. There are electric hobs and a combi oven microwave.
