'Carrig View', offers a peaceful stay only 45 min from the airport and 45 min from the capital city, Dublin. A bright, spacious, warm and friendly country home (built by the owner) set in a quaint rural village complete with a grocery store only a 5 min stroll away. The village, a Gateway to the south west is perfectly located close to a network of motorways allowing further travel to counties such as Killkenny, Waterford, Limerick, Cork, Kerry and Clare. The space Guests will stay in a 2 bedroom private apartment on the first floor with own bathroom, dining/sitting room and a small kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, sink - a 2 ring electric hot plate and air fryer. Full Irish or continental breakfast available at an extra charge if requested. Carrig View enjoys a large landscaped garden area with a patio which guests are welcome to use. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the first floor apartment and may use the garden area. During your stay We are a very sociable couple and like to interact with our guests - without being overbearing. We will be available for a chat and a cuppa and will be on hand to help our guests as best we can. Other things to note The house is set in a rural area with frequent local public transport. We also have pet dogs, Rocky and Bailey. Lovely, mild-natured, friendly 13 year-old springer spaniel and a 2 year old, very much part of the family. For guests who are nervous around animals, rest assured they are extremely docile.
