The house is new! There are two floors. On the top floor, we have 4 en-suites with a queen-size bed. Two of them have a single bed with a trundle. The bathrooms have central heating and very strong showers. On the ground floor we have the open kitchen, barbecue, living room and garden. The kitchen is complete, with general utensils, stove, refrigerator, separate freezer, ice water dispenser, blender, toaster, etc. The house also has a large pantry and laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline. The space The house is inside a gated condominium (Vila do Outeiro) with security. This condominium is located between Trancoso and Caraíva, close to Praia do Espelho. The place is spectacular, the beaches and nature are wonderful. In the house, we have prepared and included in the price of the house bed and bath linens, dishes, cutlery and glasses, pots, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. Don't forget we have a barbecue. You can enjoy it. Guest access Inside the condominium there is a Tennis Court, Children's Park, Golf Course, Walking Trail, Soccer Field, Restaurants and a small market.
