The space Discover this charming 250 m2 house with 5 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ideal for large groups or families. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, guaranteeing a pleasant rest. The kitchen is fully stocked with two refrigerators and a large freezer, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a spacious living/dining room with a sofa area, a library and a piano, ideal for moments of relaxation and entertainment. The game room, which includes an extra toilet, offers fun with foosball and billiards, and has the option of setting up extra beds for added comfort. The large terrace, surrounded by meadows, has a porch, outdoor tables, garden furniture, barbecue and hoop, creating the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors. With underfloor heating and private parking, this house is a unique place that you must experience to appreciate its true charm. Guest access The private parking is a common area with remote access that will be provided at check-in. The entire area of the house is delimited and the use and access is exclusively for guests. In the house, which is a U-shaped building, there are some horse stables that are closed and are not for guest use. Other things to note It is important to know that the house is located inside a small equestrian estate. This has minimal activity that the guest will not notice as we try to ensure that they have maximum privacy. The horses do not stay on the property, so there will only be horses at specific times and away from the house. Of course, if guests want to know about our activities or our horse rescue project, we will be happy to share our way of life with them. The accommodation in our house helps us to keep our herd of horses along with the equestrian activity. If you want to visit the herd, you can do so by accompanying the caretakers, who are me or my father, in the mornings to see how we feed or check them. They are a 20-minute walk from the property.
